Rick Daniel Home Inspections conducts home inspections (under contract) for individuals and companies involved in real estate transactions including the purchase and/or sale of residential living spaces and commercial property.

WE DO NOT COLLECT ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE.
All billing or collection of fees is conducted directly with the client or through third party institutions such as escrow companies, the US Mail or PayPal when collecting by credit or debit card.

We use the information you provide when placing an order to prepare the inspection report template. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Information that appears on the inspection report template will be transferred to the final inspection report and could include some or all of the following:
• Buyer’s Name, Mailing Address, Email Address, Phone Number
• Buyer’s Realtor Name, Mailing Address, Email Address, Phone Number
• Owner’s Name, Mailing Address, Email Address, Phone Number (in most cases, only the seller’s name is listed.)
• Owner’s Realtor Name, Mailing Address, Email Address, Phone Number
• Additional Email Addresses as requested by the Paying Client
• Title Company’s Name, Escrow Officer’s Name and Escrow Number
• Typed Authorization Signature
• Process Instructions
• Inspected Property Address
Unless otherwise instructed, a copy of the inspection report and all information contained therein will be delivered to each of the respective parties listed on the order form with the exception of the Title Company. Where escrow billing is required, the Title Company will receive an invoice that lists the Paying Client’s name, the inspected property address, escrow number and fee.
We use email addresses to deliver reports, conduct correspondence and answer the email we receive. With our clients permission we may also use an email address to solicit for a review. This is conducted through a paid, third party company called Broadly.com. Email addresses are otherwise not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties except where they appear on the inspection report.
We do retain client phone numbers and email addresses for the purpose of communication that may not be specifically related to the inspection report but could be valued as relevant to real estate ownership, maintenance, care and improved value for the property.
We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers or search engines. For example, we may tell an advertiser or search engine that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
We have and will continue to use images of actual buildings and findings from the home inspection reports for the purpose of marketing and illustration.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We constantly monitor and update the version of our WordPress platform and associated plugins. Our Website has a valid SSL certificate to further improve data security.
We use a third party software to generate the inspection order forms and notification documents. These are legal documents that establish the contractual relationship between our company and the client. This data is stored to comply with insurance policies that require we have time stamps on the contracts.
Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Our website and business is based in the United States and conducts regional business only in the United States.
