PRICING FOR 2024
BASE FEE – BILLING/CREDIT/CHECK:
Inspection fees are based on the square footage of the building and can be paid by: credit or debit card, by check or by Zelle.
DIRECT PAYMENT CASH*:
When payment is made on the day of the inspection with “green money” cash the customer receives a discount.
Detached garages, shops or outbuildings are an additional $55 to $75 (depending on the size) to cover the additional time to inspect.
Additional fees are assessed for multiple tenancy properties (ie Duplex, Apartment, multiple buildings).
Call for pricing over 4,000 square feet.
