“Rick is an excellent and very professional home inspector. He is punctual and very thorough when he inspects a home and takes lots of pictures so that the buyer can view any issues that come up. He points out things that are of concern, but does not go over the top as some inspection companies do and really scare the buyer. He is extremely thorough, probably does one of the longest inspections I have seen. But then better to be thorough.
Rick goes the extra mile to research an item or concern to make sure that the client is getting the absolute best knowledge and information when they are buying a home. He never rushes through to get to his next appointment. He works like me, by referral, and explains the inspection in detail to his clients. He takes pride in his work.
I have been helping people buy and sell homes for over 35 years and have hired many companies to inspector homes. Rick is one of the best. I believe Rick’s home inspections are a great value and he will try to accommodate your schedule.
