BASE FEE – BILLING/CREDIT/CHECK:
Inspection fees are based on the square footage of the primary residence and can be paid by: credit or debit card, by check or by Zelle®.
Detached garages, shops or outbuildings are an additional $55 to $75 (depending on the size) to cover the additional time to inspect. Additional fees are assessed for multiple tenancy properties (i.e. duplex, apartment, multiple buildings, etc.).
All fees are custom calculated to provide maximum value for our clients.
*DIRECT PAYMENT CASH:
When payment is made on the day of the inspection with “green money” cash the customer receives a $50 cash discount.
