Inspection fees are based on the square footage of the building and can be paid by: credit or debit card, by check or by Zelle®.

*DIRECT PAYMENT CASH:
When payment is made on the day of the inspection with “green money” cash the customer receives a $50 cash discount.
Detached garages, shops or outbuildings are an additional $55 to $75 (depending on the size) to cover the additional time to inspect. Additional fees are assessed for multiple tenancy properties (i.e. duplex, apartment, multiple buildings, etc.).
