Working in the High Sierra counties of Calaveras, Tuolumne, Alpine and Amador; including lake communities of the foothills, rural and farming communities of the Central Valley counties of San Joaquin, Stanislaus and the metropolitan counties of the San Francisco Bay Area including Alameda, Contra Costa County and Santa Cruz has provided a broad range of experience, opportunity and perspective.
As a professional Certified Master Home Inspector, my primary role is straightforward: I transform questions, uncertainties, and concerns about properties into concrete information. Having accurate data about a building simplifies decision-making because facts are manageable.
